Main UI (Doesn't seem to be a PC_MENU_ENTRY_TOP_LEVEL, but there is a UI_ version)

PC_TOP_LEVEL_LIST	->PC_TOP_LEVEL_ORNAMENT_TOP
			->PC_TOP_LEVEL_ORNAMENT_BOTTOM
			->PC_MENU_ENTRY_RESUME
			->PC_MENU_ENTRY_OPTIONS
			->PC_MENU_ENTRY_PHOTOJOURNAL
			->PC_MENU_ENTRY_MAP
			->PC_MENU_ENTRY_STATUS
			->PC_MENU_ENTRY_SKILLS
			->PC_MENU_ENTRY_INVENTORY

It's pretty obvious that their calling the _LIST when you enter the MENU_ENTRY. But I think it's hardcoded into the exe. Unless there's some index in one of the UI's.
