I know how to take pictures within the game, but how do you export them to here, or where do you find them?

Try looking in My Documents\My Games\Fable\
"My Documents" is actually C:\Documents and Settings\(your username goes here)\My Documents\ in case you don't have an icon of it on your desktop.
